Job qualification:
– Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study.
– Understand the Java, JS/TS, PHP, Python, C++.
– Understand the RDBMS Database: MySQL, Posgresql, Oracle.
– Experience With (Rest API).

Area responsibility
- Design and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with the fintech company’s business objectives.

- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to understand regulatory changes and their implications on IT development.
- Prioritize cybersecurity due to the sensitive nature of financial data.
- Implement stringent data protection and fraud detection measures.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to establish and maintain security protocols.
- Oversee the integration of the company’s software with external financial systems, payment gateways, and other fintech tools.
- Ensure interoperability with banks, financial institutions, or other fintech platforms.
- Hire, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring they are updated with fintech-specific technologies and methodologies.
- Foster innovation within the team and encourage the exploration of emerging fintech solutions.
