This is a full-time position based at our head office.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and values
– Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Create and maintain HR policies and procedures
– Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work culture
– Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational development needs
– Manage and coach the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture
– Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making
Desired Skills and Qualifications
– Proven experience as an HR professional, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
– Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to build relationships strong and influence stakeholders at all levels
– Strong leadership and people management abilities
– Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
