Our client is seeking a highly strategic Head of HRBP to drive key People, Culture, Talent and Organisational Development initiatives across their operations in Indonesia, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. This role is integral to the development and implementation of business strategies that align with global and regional HR policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a winning environment through effective talent, change, wellbeing and reward strategies.

What You’ll Do

As the Head of HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client’s operations in Indonesia and Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic HR objectives that align with global and regional policies. You will provide leadership and direction to ensure the efficient implementation of these strategies, fostering a winning environment through effective talent management, change management, wellbeing initiatives and reward strategies. Your commitment to promoting an environment of continuous learning will be key to realising individual and team potential. Furthermore, your ability to engage with key stakeholders on organisational change will ensure the business strategy is supported by an appropriate structure.

• Develop and implement key strategic HR objectives
• Build a high performing organisation through effective talent management strategies
• Contribute to the development of integrated business strategies aligned with global HR policies
• Promote an environment of continuous learning and improvement
• Develop appropriate recognition schemes to foster a performance-focused culture
• Ensure effective performance management systems are in place

• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement of HR processes

As the Head of HRBP, you bring a wealth of experience from your time in senior management roles within HR. Your knowledge of leading-edge HR practices enables you to think both strategically and operationally, delivering results that align with our client’s vision. Your problem-solving capabilities allow you to analyse issues from different perspectives, proposing workable solutions that drive innovation. Your data fluency enables you to use HR insights to inform decision-making processes. Above all, your excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills make you a trusted advisor who can influence and create buy-in from senior stakeholders.

• Proven track record in HR for 18 years with 10 years at senior management level
• Experience with leading edge/current HR practices & thinking
• Ability to think strategically and operationally to deliver results
• Experience working in a multi/above market environment is advantageous
• Problem-solving capability with ability to propose workable solutions
• Agility in leading change and innovation
• Data fluency with ability to use HR insight to drive decisions
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
