The Head of Finance will be reporting directly to the Group CFO in the regional office. You will be asked to establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analysing, verifying, and reporting financial information.

Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic Head of Finance who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business.

Description

• Manage Finance, Controlling, ERP, and HR functions.
• Oversee financial operations for the Indonesian entities
• Lead the local ERP system implementation
• Supervise financial reporting, including budgets, forecasts, board meeting reports, and financial closings.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting laws, tax regulations, and Group Finance Policies
• Construction of Financial Analysis, Planning and Reporting
• Adherence to local and international statutory requirements and communicating it to the head office as well
• Introduction and implementation of cost saving initiatives which will impact the bottom line of the business

Profile

· Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required; postgraduate degree preferred

· A minimum 10 years experience in Controlling / Accounting

· Ideally you will need to be an assertive individual

· Excellent commercial awareness and analysis skills

· Ideally you need to be based or willing to move permanently within SEMARANG AREA

· Ideally you will need to have a strong background in project controlling

· Excellent understanding of Indonesia tax law

· Ideally you will have begun your career in a top tier audit firm before making the move into industry. This is not a learning positio
