The Head of Finance will report directly to the Regional Finance and you will need to be hands on at work. This is a key role for the organization as you will be expected to provide accurate financial information to management for decision making and to maintain company cash flow and minimize risk of the company.

Description

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
• Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, collaborating with business units and departments worldwide.

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.

1. Risk Management and Compliance:

• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and market risks.

1. Cash Flow Management and Treasury Operations:

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
• Optimize treasury operations, including cash management, investments, and banking relationships.

1. Financial Process Optimization and Strategic Initiatives:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Implement best practices and technology solutions to streamline financial workflows.
• Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
• Provide financial expertise and analysis to support evaluation of investment opportunities.

1. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead a global finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Profile

This role is based in Cikarang and as a result of the government regulations we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong financial background and a solid understanding of finance and accounting, as well as some years of experience in a MNC business with matrix structure. We’re looking for a dynamic professional with a strong ownership, a can-do attitude, good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution.

• Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
• At least 5 – 7 years of working experience in similar roles
• Familiar with SAP or Oracle
• You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.
• High level of ethics and integrity
• Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
• Business level of English language is preferred
