Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Head of Finance & Accounting di kantor PT KSK Insurance Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang kami butuhkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan kualifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 40.000.000 - Rp 56.000.000.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and lead Accounting, Finance, and Collection team
  • Manage monthly management and reconciliation reports
  • Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash flow forecast
  • Prepare annual budget and budgetary control tasks
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and relevant government and professional bodies on financial and accounting-related matters
  • Other ad hoc finance and accounting-related duties as assigned by CFO or CEO

General Ledger and Reporting:       

  • To work closely with the Group for fast & smooth closing of monthly accounts.
  • To closely monitor and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the management reporting.
  • To formulate a new GL structure for the new entities with IFRS requirements and ensure successful implementation of the new system especially finance-related areas.
  • Coordinate/liaise with external parties such as External Auditors, Tax Agents on their request.
  • To implement process improvement/rectification recommended by internal & external auditors.
  • To formulate and improve on reporting process & procedures of monthly accounts.

Cash Flow Management and Banking

  • Monitor cash flow and ensure the timely and accurate preparation of the daily cash flow report to ensure adequate funding for group projects and activities as well as operational needs.
  • Maintenance and continual improvements for existing processes on technology.

Projects, Ad hoc Assignments, and Others

  • Attend to any ad-hoc assignments that may be required from time to time.
  • To manage, plan and resolve any matters in relation to Finance & Accounting section.
  • To liaise with external parties on Finance & Accounting related issues
  • Mentor and develop the finance team
  • Support the department on performance tracking
  • Recommend area for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness – workflow/cost saving

Forecast & Budget

  • Coordinate and consolidate GWP and management expenses for budget purposes.
  • To prepare a yearly full set budget in accordance with to prescribe template and seek approval from BOD
  • Coordinate discussions and prepare forecasts.
  • To prepare tax estimation and make revisions when necessary

Education & Experience

  • At least 8 years of related experience with knowledge about the Insurance industry.
  • Candidate must possess at least an Accounting and Finance professional qualification with 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Understanding or experience using Accounting Software e.g. Care Systems will be an advantage.
  • Excellent in a spreadsheet application.
  • Candidate must possess at least an accounting and finance professional qualification and or a good Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • Familiar with accounting standards i.e IFRS / PSAK authorities requirements.
  • Able to work and travel abroad for an extended period of time
