What You Will Do:

• Responsible for managing ATP Activity with the Project Team.
• Responsible for managing the operation of FTTH Network both active and passive devices.
• Control and supervise Preventive and Corrective action during FTTH Network Activity.
• Responsible for making decisions regarding daily operations, overtime validation of each team member, etc.
• Maintain and monitor all trouble ticket issues that have been solved according to the service level agreement.
• Establish and maintain clear and effective progress monitoring, reporting, and control mechanisms and reports on the operation status internally and externally.
• Monitoring and supervising performance team to ensure their best performance.
• Develop the subordinate to increase their engagement and create a successor in the future.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholder-related inquiries and requests to support overall department goals and objectives.
• Responsible for preparing weekly department reports.
• Manage and control material usage.
• Support and Supervise IKR.
• Maintain Passive Equipment on the Field.

What You Will Need:

• Min. 5-7 years experience in Field Operation FTTH Area with 3-5 years experience as Leader.
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Electro/Computer/IT or related major.
• Moderate knowledge of Optic Tools
• Good communication skills, verbal and non-verbal
• Ability to handle a team, and excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Computer literate
