Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Head of Estate Maintenance & Operations di tempat usaha Samara Lombok untuk daerah Lombok Tengah & Nusa Tenggara Barat dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita inginkan ialah Manajemen Badan Korporat & Fasilitas (Real Estat & Properti) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

We’re building one of the most active estates in Lombok – roads, drainage, utilities, plots, and year-round operations. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can run Infrastructure, MEP, and Estate Ops with discipline, clarity, and high standards.

The Role

You will lead all maintenance and estate operations, keep the estate investor-ready every day, and manage one of the largest operational teams on site.

What You’ll Do

  1. Maintain roads, drainage, slopes, and common areas

  2. Run preventive + corrective maintenance

  3. Lead MEP systems: pumps, water, electrical, generators, fleet

  4. Manage plot readiness and daily estate presentation

  5. Oversee cleanliness, vegetation control, and contractor housekeeping

  6. Lead technicians, electricians, mechanics, and estate crew

  7. Enforce safety protocols and maintain logs, checklists, and records

  8. Plan budgets, manage procurement, and oversee vendors

  9. Coordinate with Ops, Construction, Villa PMs, and Infra teams

What You Bring

  1. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or similar

  2. 7–10+ years leading maintenance teams in estates/resorts/mixed-use sites

  3. Strong field leadership – present, decisive, steady

  4. Ability to build discipline, raise standards, and anticipate issues early

  5. Clear, respectful communication across all levels
