As our Head of Digital Marketing, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of digital marketing while enjoying an exciting and vibrant workplace.

Job Summary:

You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our company’s strategic and creative marketing approach across various channels, including SEM, SEO, social media and PR. You will initially manage a small team of company employees and freelancers. Reporting directly to the business founders, you will have day to day autonomy to run the business and you will provide business updates on a weekly and monthly basis. This role is open to candidates prepared to be based in either Jakarta or Bali.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute captivating marketing campaigns, with a focus on social media and paid advertising channels.
2. Manage search engine marketing, social media platforms, and collateral creation to ensure consistent brand messaging.
3. Monitor social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalable growth.
4. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
5. Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze marketing surveys to enhance our social media and Google paid ad strategies.
6. Collaborate with commercial partners, including Tokopedia/Shopee, to coordinate and maximize results from paid advertising campaigns.

Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated passion for digital marketing, with exceptional “hands-on” knowledge of social media and Google Ads marketing capable.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). “Hands-on” knowledge of photo/video editing software, enabling you to create captivating visual content, are a plus.
3. Proven ability to plan and manage the execution of the marketing budget; analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and consistently monitor to maximise return on investment.
4. Proven ability to work “hands-on” with nd develop a small team.
5. Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to implement them effectively.
6. Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Pipedrive) and Google AdWords for streamlined campaign management.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple commercial partners simultaneously while thriving under strict deadlines.
8. Excellent communication and people skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
9. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, enabling seamless communication.
10. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision, consistently delivering high-quality results.
11. Previous agency/marketing experience is a plus, highlighting your understanding of industry best practices.
