Manulife Indonesia Agency Digital Innovation will report to the Head of Agency Sales Operation Excellence and be part of Agency Leadership Team, to accelerate digital innovation specifically for Distribution in Manulife Indonesia. The objective is to ensure deliverable of key services to salespersons/agents and leaders to support selling process are properly identified, managed and assessed for continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone with: 

  • University Degree graduated.
  • Insurance industry experience.
  • At least 10 to 15 years of experience in Life insurance distribution function is required
  • Good working knowledge of Digital innovation within a financial services organization, and the ability to navigate company risk policies and standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence management at various levels of the organization.
  • Strong organization and project management skills. Excellent customer focus and a commitment to quality while still meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and recommendations orally and in writing, while considering the viewpoint of others.
  • Sees the big picture, but also pays attention to details.
  • Results oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and projects.
  • Leadership skills in achieving department, project, and individual objectives.

On the job you will: 

Digital Innovation

  • To be Digital Customer Leader in the market
  • Set up Strategic plan to accelerate digital initiatives for future business expansion and growth
  • To drive Distribution digital Initiatives, to be in line with company strategy including measuring and reporting business KPIs progress
  • Execution of digital initiatives to achieve business plan in terms of sales, NBV, Headcount and productive targets of the agency forces.

Distribution Experience

  • Deliver excellent services of Manulife digital tools to distribution team both management and salespersons/leaders.
  • Improving distribution experience for salespersons including customers
  • Collaborate with distribution team to improve digital experience
  • Collaborate with for Salespersons and Leaders to improve digital adoption

High Performing Team

  • Significantly enhance the performance of the team and support functions through the consistent achievement of material improvements in efficiency, scalability and performance
  • Ensure high levels of employee engagement are maintained as well as a strong focus on individual performance and development
  • Encouraging others to embrace and lead change and continuous improvement
  • Performance Assessment

  • Ensure that results are measurable through establishing a baseline of performance and cost metrics, clear business cases and unarguable results as defined by improvements in appropriate KPIs and unit costings
  • Perform deep dive analysis on the result of pending cases, claim process and other services to salespersons and leaders and coordinate with Agency Management team to develop actionable plan to improve the service quality.
  • Drive a continuous quality improvement culture in the digital team
