You will have amazing opportunities to :

• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to manage credit risk and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
• Oversee the cash application process to ensure accurate and timely application of payments and reconciliations of accounts receivable
• Manage the credit and collections team, providing leadership, training, and guidance to team members
• Partner with the sales team to evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits
• Be involved directly with top clients if needed
• Work with finance team to forecast and manage cash flow
• Monitor and report on key credit and cash flow metrics to senior management
• Continuously evaluate and improve credit and cash application processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

What you will need to be succeed :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in Collection & Risk
• Results and detail-oriented, strong project management and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa are required
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of Management
• Ability to excel in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with ability to deliver consistent results
• Have strong ethics and integrity; risk-oriented and controls mindset
• A team player with the ability to work independently
• Excellent strategic organization and managerial skills
• Ability to use tact, think creatively, adapt, and professionalism including in times of extreme stress
