Description

• Channel Activation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel activation strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Retail and E-commerce Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to create and execute channel-specific plans, optimizing sales and consumer experience.
• Omnichannel Integration: Identify opportunities for seamless omnichannel experiences, utilizing both online and offline channels.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data and consumer insights to refine strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and e-commerce platforms.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing channel activation team, setting clear goals and providing guidance.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in channel activation within the beauty industry or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
