Job description :

• Develop, Launch and grow the new eFishery Buyers Portal (name TBD), a web based marketplace
• Develop roadmap and set prioritisation for product development of Buyers portal based on features that will create the most impact based on revenue, margin and customer experience
• Ownership of sales pipeline for global buyers and customer success to ensure the business grows sustainability with profit
• Align with product, supply chain, finance, marketing and other internal stakeholders to ensure dependencies are in place, supply is available and delivery SLAs are met
• Build a team of customer success and acquisitions specialists that will be responsible for growing and maintaining the customer base

Job requirement

• Bachelor/master degree from reputable university
• 5-8 years experience of Business Development, Brand Management, Account Management, Channel Acquisition, Activation, or similar experiences
• Ownership of category strategy and implementation of product strategy
• Ambitious and resilience by character, able to be independent, and have the creativity to explore different solutions in problem solving
• Strong focus on operational excellence by having introduced new performance measures, processes, and systems
• Enjoys fast pace environment
