BASIC REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor degree or master degree majoring in Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science/Engineering/Econometrics.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with data analyst and must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills.
• Strong interest and understanding in data discovery, fundamentals and analytical data, and CRM.
• Strong research capability in data analytics with research experience in CRM is preferred.
• Understanding and prior usage of Microsoft Excel Macro, R and other data mining tools.
• Driven Attitude, a hard worker that is keen to take on new challenges, and is able to meet tight deadlines.
• High initiative, curious, creative and persistent. A person who always willing to learn and have great passion about data analysis, technology and CRM industry.
• Possess high logical thinking, good attention to detail and able to work in a team.
• Excellent listening, writing, speaking skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

JOB DESC:

• Work closely with leaders across company and client organization to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. They will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow. Overseeing all activities of the data analytics and data warehousing departments.

• The Head of Analytics drives performance of analytics solutions to impact overall business results. He is also tasked with the management and long-term prioritization of the business’s overall analytical needs and opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

CRM AND DIGITAL PLANNING AND ANALYST

• Manage the data analyst team so that it is able it to produce effective analyses and insights through customer data mining, that the Account Service Department can translate into proposed marketing actions for our clients in the areas of direct marketing, acquisition and retention activities, promotion, events, advertising, telemarketing, and web test/control designs.
• Apply statistical techniques to develop and deploy predictive models in support of CRM program from customer acquisition, cross sell, retention and win-back strategies.
• Analyze statisticaly, develop strategies for digital marketing campaigns, and track campaign performance. Provide campaign results, create data visualizations, and present insights and findings to colleagues and clients.
• Provide methods of ongoing tracking, measurement, and analytical support for stand-alone and fully integrated marketing campaigns of CXM/CRM and Digital Marketing.
• Work with internal technology teams to create or improve prospect database, data warehouse, marketing data marts, lead management systems and campaign management systems.
• Initiate and provide robust, best in class, campaign back-end analysis, along with recommendations for future campaign enhancements.
• Assist the Account Service Department in selling and/or interpreting results of any and all analytical work to the clients.
• Be heavily engaged in the client relationships, all of the client projects and ensure performance level “exceeds expectations” for the client relationships.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

• Recruit and train a strong data analyst and digital analyst team which is skilled business analysis, database analysis and proficient in statistical operations.
• To provide leadership, direction and motivation to those staff for whom one is directly responsible, and to ensure that they clearly understand their responsibilities.
• Undertake the performance review of team members according to corporate standards and schedule.
• Agree, communicate and monitor clear performance targets and objectives, which have to be achieved by team members.
• Recommend employment, promotion, professional advancement opportunities or salary recommendation of staff in accordance with scope of responsibilities.
