• Develop and implement a hybrid agency strategy that seamlessly integrates traditional and digital channels for insurance distribution.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of agents, digital marketing experts, and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring as needed.
• Drive revenue growth by setting and achieving sales targets, optimizing lead generation, and improving the conversion rate of leads to policies.
• Lead the digital transformation efforts by identifying and implementing digital tools, platforms, and technologies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure that the team possesses in-depth knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively advise and serve clients.
• Ensure all agency activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prioritize an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that clients receive prompt and personalized service through both traditional and digital channels.
• Utilize data analytics to assess the performance of agency operations, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve processes.

• 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Proven leadership experience in insurance agency management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
• Ability to lead change and drive innovation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
