Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Job Responsibilities:

Direct the activities of the kitchen team, ensuring all staff adhere to their job roles, setting expectations, and maintaining discipline when necessary.

Create, test, and introduce new recipes and dishes that cater to customers’ tastes, while incorporating both Western and Japanese flavors.

Monitor the quality of dishes produced, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.

Oversee the kitchen’s budget, making necessary adjustments in response to changing economic conditions, ingredient prices, or other unforeseen events.

Implement training programs for new employees and refresher sessions for existing staff, ensuring everyone is up-to-date with the latest culinary techniques.

Manage stock levels and order ingredients, ensuring fresh products are used and waste is minimized.

Uphold and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organized, and hazard-free.

Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for the best quality ingredients at favorable prices.

Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen activities and service delivery.

Address and resolve any complaints or suggestions related to the food, ensuring customer satisfaction remains high.

Stay abreast of the latest trends in the culinary world, especially within Western and Japanese cuisines, ensuring the menu and kitchen techniques remain current.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef.
Expertise in Western and Japanese cuisines.
Has experience working at a renowned restaurant.
Strong analytical thinking skills.
Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and team management.
Comprehensive knowledge of culinary techniques relevant to Western and Japanese dishes.
Fluent in English.
Familiarity with the latest kitchen technologies and kitchen management software.
Positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
Good time management abilities.
Formal culinary education or relevant professional training will be considered an advantage.
