Job Summary
HCM Business Advisor provides professional, timely advice and guidance to business leaders in the Country, on specific functional subject areas and consistent with the bank’s strategy, ensuring adherence to bank policy and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks. They may also have control function responsibility for defined topics.
They collaborate with colleagues within their function, and more broadly, to implement appropriate policies and processes, in line with bank and Divisional strategy. The HCM Business Advisor delivers appropriate products and solutions to meet the needs of their assigned Division/Business Unit, and actively promotes and supports implementation of cross-divisional initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities
HCM Business Advisor in Country covers Governance, Operations, and Client Services on the following areas:
1. Recruitment:
Responsible in end to end recruitment process including candidate resourcing, interview, offering and on-boarding activities. Ensure compliance to DB processes and policies related to hiring. Working with 3rd party recruitment consultant as necessary.
2. Employee Development & Engagement
a. Working with Business on Training Need Analysis capturing mandatory certifications and necessary essential skills required.
b. Working with relevant 3rd party vendors for training program delivery and exam schedule arrangement for mandatory certifications.
c. Work with relevant team for Employee Engagement activities.
c. Prepare training data for regulatory reporting.
3. Payroll and Benefit Administration
a. Regular review staff benefits to ensure compliance with DB Policies and benefit relevance.
b. Prepare and review data for Payroll, including onboarding/offboarding, employee lifecycle, and Add Hoc payroll entries.
c. Review the payroll result to ensure correctness and compliance with regulations:
d. Work with Central Payroll team to prepare and execute bank transfer to employees’ account.
e. Prepare payment of income tax, BPJS, pension and invoices to vendors.
f. Prepare and lodge monthly report of income tax (eSPT), BPJS, pension and summary payment to vendors.
g. Registration and de-registration of health and life insurance, BPJS and Pension.
4. Advisory and Client Services:
a. Providing strategic advice and guidance on HR topics and products to support implementation in Country.
b. Work with Global/Regional colleagues to support HR initiatives implemented in Country.
5. Employee Lifecycle
a. Monitor and action on employee data in db systems, i.e. new hires & leavers, salary increment, promotion, etc to ensure data accuracy in the system with proper supporting documents.
b. Monitor and prepare letter of confirmation for employee who has passed the probation period.
6. Governance and Regulatory reporting
Ensure compliance on HR related activities and all processes are delivered according to the relevant DB policies and local regulations. Assist and prepare necessary supporting documents for Audit purposes. Prepare regulatory reporting, i.e. annual report to Bank of Indonesia, annual report to Manpower & Immigration Department, etc.
7. HR Related Third Party Vendor
a. Manage relationship with the external vendors and regulatory officials, covering area of payroll, health insurance, life insurance, immigration, pension, BPJS, income tax and any other area of HR operations and ensure that their service levels are maintained as per agreed standard.
b. Ensure proper Vendor Management requirements are in place for each HR Vendor.
