Job Descriptions:

  • Implement the performance management process.
  • Implement talent management and career path program as plan.
  • Provide data, report and analytical support related organization development matters in accurate and timely manner.
  • Implement succession management program as directed by superiors and company.
  • Gather data and maintain database and documentation related with organization development section to ensure all data and documents are managed well.
  • Creating and updating job description, as well as tasks & responsibilities.
  • Performing job evaluation and workload analysis process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from an accredited university, majoring in Psychology/Technic/ Management, or Business Administration or any related field/discipline.
  • Good knowledge about Human Resource Area, especially related to Performance Management, Talent Management and Organization Development area.
  • Having experience in same position at the minimum 3 years (preferable from financial institution company).
  • Have good analytic thinking, tight-deadline and excellent problem solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing).
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and highly motivated.
  • Good computer literacy (minimum Microsoft Office).
