GENERAL JOB SUMMARY ;
Recruitment, Organization & People Development, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relationship, Policy, HR Business Partner, Performance Management, Culture & Environment Development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES ;
1. Define the long and short-term HR strategies and policies within the overall global business context, in terms of recruitment, organization development, compensation and benefits and industrial relations.
2. Develop, implement, socialize and enforce HR policies to support business goals.
3. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders on workforce planning (MPP), performance management and succession planning.
4. Participating and identifying the needs of the recruitment from each department and helping to bridge the gaps between what the organization needs today to future business goals.
5. Setting up, developing, and improving an effective strategy to strengthen recruitment and selection processes for all level of hiring.
6. Setting up the general SOP and ensuring the coordination of all business departments.
7. Introducing and implementing strategic initiatives across different business units to ensure that career paths are being mapped out.
8. Designing and developing organizational development solution to identify the people capabilities. This includes leading the learning and development committee to support a highly performed team.
9. Improving and reviewing compensation package to be competitive and align with the regulation.
10. Managing payroll process, and compensation structure, and partnering with business to help them understand the policies and procedures that are HR related (salary review, promotion etc).
11. Developing the best HR Operation practices to ensure local compliance and business needs are achieved.
12. Develop job descriptions and specifications, analyse competitive salary data, evaluate jobs and decide upon appropriate wage/salary ranges, in conjunction with compensation and benefits teams.
13. Conducting the performance evaluations, job analysis, promotions, transfers, punishments, and awards.
14. Actively implement strategic HR initiatives such as succession planning and staff retention programs for the Company and within the department as and when appropriate.
15. Management of Industrial Relations and Collective Agreement negotiations.
16. Provide guidance and conduct investigations of concerns and complaints, involve appropriate individuals, seek legal advice, when appropriate, and successfully resolve employee relations issues with credible and consistent solutions.
17. Championing and driving the culture initiatives to ensure a strong culture is embedded in the organization.
