Pengalaman yang kita inginkan ialah Hotel/Restoran & Hotel/Pariwisata serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah minimum SMA, SMU/SMK/STM, Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma) & D4 (Diploma). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers excellent service, meticulously coordinates reservation (system-based) and manages guests’ account and information
Handles and records guest comments and complaints, may refer issues to Manager when necessary, and relay guests’ messages to respective divisions promptly
Perform night audit reporting
Provides any tourism information related to apartment’s surroundings
Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Guest Services Manager or Management

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma (D3) from Hotel Management/Tourism major or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Good command of English (spoken and written) and computer literacy
Experience in night audit will be highly preferred
Excellent communication, approachable and service-oriented attitude
Able to multi-task, adaptable, high initiative, discipline, meticulous, well-organized
Willing to work with shift-based, include working on public holidays
