We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

What you’ll do :

• Identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation
• Build new business, partnerships and relationships with current and prospective brand/media partners
• Maintain existing partner and business/project running
• Handling partnership with partners from various marketing channel (e.g. social media, offline and online media output)
• Collaborate and coordinate across both external and internal stakeholders, including working with external partners, internal team members (e.g. social media, PR, creative, multimedia) for campaign planning and optimization
• Review brand campaign performance, and work on implementing solutions for campaign optimization, involving innovative mechanics, partnerships and activations

What you should have :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in media, brand partnership, marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing brand partnerships
• Strong relationship building skills and experience negotiating deals with brands
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple
