Get to Know the Role

As a growth partner for CURIOOkids Indonesia, you are responsible for understanding the unique needs of parents and educators, showcasing CURIOOkids’ diverse and innovative curriculum, and building lasting relationships to help bridge the gap between young learners and valuable skills. You will not only provide valuable information and guidance but also serve as ambassadors for the company, demonstrating the transformative potential of our programs.

Job Description

Achieve monthly sales targets by generating and closing leads for new students and upselling existing students to new educational programs and services.
Develop and implement innovative communication, recruitment, and enrollment strategies in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
Participate in all recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits, and off-campus events.
Provide general sales support including needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations.
Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.
Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals.
Committed to full Work From Office
Willing to be placed in Bintaro, and work weekends if needed.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
A team player with a growth and ‘Can do’ mindset
Sales target-oriented and willing to work the extra mile
Fluency in Indonesian and English

Special Skills/Competencies Preferred

Has experience in the education industry and working with children
Has experience with CRM or marketing tools
Has experience in a startup company
