Group HR Head is responsible to oversee Group HR functions, review and monitoring of all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives. Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions as strategic HR business partner.

Description

• Overseeing Group HR functions, review and monitoring of all policies, processes, systems and initiatives through to entities and all businesses within the group
• Putting in place forward-looking strategies and plans to enable the company to attract, motivate and retain talents and high performance
• Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions as strategic HR leader and business partner
• Serving as the Group HR Head for different Business organisations offering end-to-end HR business support to the Heads and Businesses
• Leading, coaching and inspiring the teams to deliver high quality and timely HR processes and advises to the entire organization through an effective processes
• Champion and drive cultural enhancement and transformation to ensure corporate values are organically instilled
• Drive the digitalization transformation
• Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including but not limited to Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Rewards, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget
• Drive the continuous improvement agenda with focus on engagement & welfare activities, maximising productivity, devolving HR responsibilities to line managers and building leadership capability

Profile

• Proven HR leadership skills and track record with accumulated 20+ years of working experiences, in strategic HR development and operations
• Experiences working across different industries with matrix and complex organization structure, both in local corporations and multinationals
• Proven strategic HR leadership partnering skills with senior business leaders across different industries
• Strong stakeholder management across different levels, from senior down to team members as well as various different internal & external stakeholders
• Proven strong business acumen with well-rounded and agile mindset
• Tech-savy and forward-looking mindset in driving HR strategies and solutions to support business objectives
• Experiences in leading overall HR Department (services/Ops, strategies, development, COE) including GA
