About the role

Join the dynamic team at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort as a GRO Korean Speaker. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences to our valued Korean-speaking customers. Based in the vibrant destination of Bali, this role offers the opportunity to work in a world-class resort environment and showcase your language and hospitality skills.

What you’ll be doing

  • Greet and welcome Korean-speaking guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, respond to inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Provide concierge services, including recommendations on local attractions, dining options and activities
  • Communicate effectively in Korean and English to ensure guests’ needs are met
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information about the resort’s facilities and services
  • Contribute to creating a memorable and enjoyable stay for all our Korean-speaking guests

    • What we’re looking for

  • Fluency in both Korean and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to anticipate and respond to guests’ needs
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and a good understanding of the local area and tourism industry in Bali
