About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Graphic Designer & Web Developer to join the team at PT GRAHAA MAKMUR KORPORINDO’. This full-time position is based in Percut Sei Tuan, North Sumatra, and will play a vital role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences for our clients.

What you’ll be doing

1. Designing and developing visually appealing website layouts and interfaces

2. Creating engaging and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets

3. Collaborating with the wider team to understand client requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions

4. Ensuring all web content and designs adhere to best practices for user experience and accessibility

5. Optimising web pages for speed and performance

6. Providing support and troubleshooting for live websites

7. Continually expanding your skills and knowledge to stay at the forefront of web and graphic design trends

What we’re looking for

1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Graphic Design or Web Development role

2. Can Speak, Read & Write Mandarin language

3. A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in web design, UI/UX, and visual communication

4. Proficiency in industry-standard design and development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and HTML/CSS

5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually stunning, responsive and user-friendly designs

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and the wider team

7. A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest web and graphic design trends and technologies
