JOB DESCRIPTION
A graphic Designer is responsible for supporting dealer marketing programs, maintaining brand standards, and overseeing product penetration in Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities will include:
● Designing and overseeing all aspects of Mazda Indonesia’s digital marketing ecosystem
including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
● Planning and managing social media platforms.
● Preparing accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
● Coordinating with digital agencies, advertising, KOL, and media experts to improve marketing
results.
● Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting the automotive industry.
● Evaluating important metrics that affect website traffic, leads, and target audience.
● Working with the Marketing & Communications team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
● Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
● Lead the process of any digital marketing content development, including photoshoots, video shoots, and other digital activities related to the brand.
Key Requirements
● Degree in Marketing, PR, Digital Administration, or a related field.
● Have prior experience in a similar role.
● Proficient in developing content for social media, including photos, videos, and podcasts.
● Strong knowledge of content development, SEO, and SEM.
● A strong network of KOL, Agency, and Media influencers, both Automotive, Lifestyle & Business, is highly advantageous.
● Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
● High attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
● Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
