The incumbent will be responsible mainly in developing new creative design to promote our brands and products awareness, and implement marketing strategy for the assigned products to achieve growth ambition of the company. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas
• Assemble publication layout to an established template, with your own creative input
• Create in-house documentation and promotional materials
• Generating names for new and existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colors, fonts and imagery
• Overseeing the production of adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with creative designers
• Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
• Looking at the pricing of products and analyzing the potential profitability
• Creating or editing images and graphics for website or printed use
• Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
• Processing and gathering of all the online sales data
• Updating and enhancing the features of the company products
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Create key visual / design for social media content.
• Create key visual for Digital Marketing.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum S1 Graduated from a reputable university, majoring in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media (Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design)
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Strong in Creative and event Concept
• Able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines under minimum supervision
• Must be creative and initiative with understanding of branding strategies.
• Experience in advertising and related industry is a plus.
• An excellent oral and written communication skill in English is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Freehand, Flash, Dreamweaver, CMS) Mandatory Creative Fields; Print Design, illustration, Packaging, Branding, Typography and layout.
• Experience in print media design/layout, website design/layout, artwork, company logos, etc is an advantage
• Creative thinker with a passion in art and designs.
• Knowledge in video editing, web design and photography is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills is essential.
• Extensive knowledge in E-marketing and the usage of Social Media is preferred.
• Have knowledge in brand communication, brand innovation, consumer insight & market research.
• Good attitude, self-motivated, smart worker, and detail oriented.
