Adapun untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

About the Role

The Graphic Designer will create high-quality design and visuals for our marketing materials and digital platforms such as websites, social media, and other marketing assets. The role will assist staff across the business to produce high-quality and stand out design for content and materials across various platforms and social media.

You will bring creative flair, new ideas and inspiration to produce high-quality design and visuals for our content and materials, while adhering to our brand guidelines and guidance from our Marketing team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Working closely with an ambitious creative team, produce the highest quality design and visuals for all our marketing content and materials.
  • Create visually compelling print and digital solutions for marketing.
  • Create graphic assets to be used in our social media channels and websites.
  • Design branding for all new product and create all the marketing assets.
  • Create visual artwork, including motion graphics and designs that reinforce the brand’s value to clients on social media using graphics, visual effects, and other techniques.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for print materials, video, and podcast creation.
  • Assist with identifying market trends, high performing campaigns, and competitor activity, and drive increased performance within campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest standards and trends in the visual design field and consistently update skills in line with job requirements.
  • Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations.
  • Assist with other reasonable tasks as required by line manager.

Essential Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience as a graphic designer and marketing coordinator.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Lightroom/Lightroom Classic).
  • Experience in using Wacom tablets highly regarded.
  • Good understanding of marketing and advertising solutions for both in-house as well as for clients.
  • Ability to understand and interpret briefs and think critically to execute independently in a creative and strategic manner.
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand throughout all collateral, i.e., branding, web, digital assets, social, print collateral, etc.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once and thrive under pressure.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Solution and result focus with a drive to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

Desirable Experience and Skills

  • Experience in banking and financial services industry highly regarded.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and medium enterprise environment highly regarded.
