We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating visually compelling designs for various projects and campaigns while contributing to photography and videography tasks. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring all deliverables align with the brand identity and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design
   • Create digital and print designs, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, posters, and presentations.
   • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
   • Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing new ideas for visual content.
2. Photography
   • Conduct photoshoots for marketing campaigns, products, events, and team profiles.
   • Edit and retouch photos to meet project needs and brand aesthetics.
   • Maintain and organize the photography library.
3. Videography
   • Assist in planning, shooting, and editing video content for social media, ads, and promotional materials.
   • Create engaging video reels, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
   • Work with the team to storyboard and script video projects.
4. Content Collaboration
   • Support the marketing team in designing multimedia content for campaigns.
   • Ensure timely delivery of designs and edits for ongoing projects.
   • Incorporate feedback and revisions to improve designs and multimedia outputs.
5. File and Asset Management
   • Organize and maintain design assets, including templates, stock photos, and videos.
   • Ensure all project files are saved and archived systematically

 Educational Background:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Skills:

1. Design Skills:
   • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
   • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
2. Photography and Videography Skills:
   • Basic knowledge of photography, including composition, lighting, and editing.
   • Experience with photo editing tools (e.g., Lightroom).
   • Videography skills, including shooting and editing using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
3. Technical Proficiency:
   • Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
   • Basic knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and export settings.
4. Soft Skills:
   • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
   • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
   • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social media platforms and their content requirements.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, and video projects.

Knowledge of basic animation is a bonus.
