Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design/Architect
• At least 3 -5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in a shopping mall
• Age maximum 35 years old
• Good communication in English both written and spoken
• Ability to design software/applications like AUTOCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Corel Draw (Adobe Series is a must)
• Creative, project-based oriented and have a strong variety of design preference
• Knowing Video Editor is an advantage
• Excellent organizational skill and communication skills
• Willing to support in handling an event
• Able to work under pressure, act quickly, has a high sense of responsibility and can keep the deadline
• Willing to work in Cikarang Area (Delta Mas)
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
• Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend / public holiday

Job Description:

• Creating designs required by internal departments, including advertising material design (newspaper, magazine), publications (tabloid, flyer), in-house promotion (poster, flyer), loyalty card, announcement, stage backdrop, etc, with coordinating actively in terms of ideas for design, responsibility program and other smaller events along ensure with all program run smoothly
• Providing inputs of advertising design trends and shopping center promotion
• Observe and review advertising & promotions designs which created by other malls
• Actively for seeking ideas to create an interest advertising, unique advertising design and has a Japanese way as the characteristic of AEON MALL
• Conduct event documentation and activities of mall event to be used as a drawing database if required for design creation and quickly delivered to required parties.
• Liaise and performing active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL in order to run smoothly mall operation activity in order to reach customer satisfaction.
