Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all creative assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing and engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our creative assets.
• Conduct regular design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate the growth and professional development of team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Act as a subject matter expert in design principles, best practices, and software tools.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a design team.
• Preferably have working experience in an agency or fast-paced environment tech startup
• Proven expertise in designing for various purposes, including digital ads banners,
• Websites assets, social media posts, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collaterals.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creativity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in English is a must
