Curious about what drives brands and consumer decisions? In this Client Service Graduate Program, you’ll dive into the world of marketing insights, learning how to analyse data, uncover trends, and turn findings into impactful stories. You’ll work with leading brands, develop essential client skills, and build a strong foundation for a career in market research—all in a supportive and dynamic working environment. 

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):  

• Work cross-functionally with research, operations and other teams in executing research projects from brief to delivery. 

• Utilize wealth of data available in our proprietary Data Product tools, quantitative research, as well as desk research to develop insights for clients. 

• Create data visualizations and deliver compelling story-based presentations for clients. 

• Participate in client meetings and contribute discussions. 

• Stay up to date with industry trends and client business challenges. 

It would be great if you had: 

• Some experience with data analysis tools or dashboards (but don’t worry—we’ll teach you!) 

• A basic understanding of marketing, consumer behaviour, or brand strategy 

• Confidence in presenting ideas and working with different stakeholders 

• A curiosity for spotting trends, following marketing campaigns, and keeping up with news. 

• But most importantly, we’re looking for potential, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn—so if you’re eager to grow, we want to hear from you!
