Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi GMP Team Leader - Bekasi Plant di kantor Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia untuk kota/kab Bekasi serta sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Manufaktur serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
Selain itu untuk syarat yang kita inginkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan kami berikan cukup bersaing tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Role Summary: GMP Team Leader Responsible for conducting, controlling, and monitoring audit management process and GMP process to ensure the quality & food safety of the product, process, and good manufacturing practices are comply with TCCC requirement effectively and efficiently. Operation is running smoothly with an uninterrupted process to achieve the target with effective and efficient compliance to Quality System Audit as well the quality improvement for continual improvements.
Scope & Responsibilities:
GMP Audit Management
• Responsible for conducting mapping & scheduling weekly GMP audit through audit chamber application and conduct random verification of audit chamber result
• Responsible to Ensure weekly GMP audit through audit chamber application has been conducted properly
• Responsible to Update and monitoring Corrective Action Plan (GMP audit, pest control, brittle material)
• Responsible for fulfilling external audit requirements
Good Manufacturing Practices Monitoring
• Responsible for following up low GMP score, coordination with PIC area
• Responsible to Ensure close rate min 90%
• Responsible for following up on overdue finding in GMP audit chamber, coordination with PIC
• Responsible for monitoring pest control inspection
• Responsible for conducting brittle material inspection regularly
• Responsible for conducting a thorough inspection of any potential major finding over building & infrastructure gaps
• Responsible for conducting verification of result improvement
• Responsible to Provide cleaning tools and any other facilities to simplify the cleaning process and to monitor its availability
• Responsible for controlling and monitoring cleaning machine
• Responsible for providing chemical cleaner and ensuring the availability, capability and effectiveness
• Responsible for updating and monitoring vendor and casual document: legal status, Work Instruction, Procedure, MSDS and other related documents (Pest Control & Cleaning team)
• Responsible for conducting training of GMP, 5R+1S, Cleaning and Sanitation, Pest management.
• Responsible for Daily inspection of GMP and 5R+1S implementation
• Responsible for improvisation and modification of support facility in processing area to fulfil 5R + 1S compliancy
• Responsible for developing procedure, system or Work Instruction relate to GMP GMP Team Leader Manufacturing, Supply Chain Bekasi 1 Plant, Jakarta.
GMP Record & Report
• Responsible for providing GMP record of every area and ensuring all area are implementing GMP procedure following the updated standard
• Responsible to Ensure pest control under control properly as per standard & requirement, close coordination with pest control provider and PIC area (incl. conduct daily pest control report and follow up the report)
Business Improvement
• Identify area for improvement, develop and execute the improvement initiative and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost-effectiveness, or increase productivity.
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
• Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management, including identification, assessment and control, are undertaken.
Qualifications:
• Min. bachelor’s Degree from reputable university,
• Min. 2-3 years of working experience in Manufacturing and or quality preferable from FMCG company.
