The HR Operations Head will play a crucial role in shaping and overseeing the human resources functions to support the company’s rapid growth and innovation-driven culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and driving cultural transformation.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment processes to attract high-caliber talent, manage onboarding programs, and implement retention strategies to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring effective communication channels across the organization.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and feedback, and develop professional growth plans to support employee career development.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefit programs to attract and retain talent, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR practices comply with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and best practices.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, including change management, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • HR Technology: Implement and optimize HRIS and other technology solutions to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology solutions.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
