About the Job

As our Global Region Manager, your ultimate mission is to spearhead the expansion and operational excellence of our outdoor fashion retail and e-commerce presence worldwide. You will be the architect of our global strategy, weaving together the threads of market trends, consumer insights, and digital innovation to create a cohesive and successful international footprint. Your leadership will not only shape our global market presence but also inspire a cross-cultural team to achieve and exceed our ambitious growth objectives.

In This role, you will get to :

1. Strategic Leadership: Craft and implement a comprehensive global strategy that aligns with our brand’s vision. Lead market entry and expansion efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth in both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional consumer behaviors, trends, and competitive landscapes. Use these insights to tailor our offerings and marketing strategies to each market’s unique demands.
3. Operational Excellence: Oversee global operations, ensuring that each region operates smoothly, efficiently, and cohesively. Implement best practices in supply chain management, inventory control, and customer service to optimize performance and profitability.
4. Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of regional managers and local staff. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
5. E-Commerce and Digital Strategy: Drive the growth of our e-commerce platform, optimizing user experience, and leveraging digital marketing strategies to enhance online sales and brand presence in each market.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment with our global strategy. Negotiate contracts and build strategic partnerships to support regional and global objectives.
7. Performance Management: Set clear performance metrics for global and regional operations. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance, making data-driven decisions to steer our global strategy towards success.

What you will Need to Succeed :

1. A proven 5 years track record of success in a global or regional role within the retail or e-commerce, preferably in the sama retail fashion industry.
2. Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability across multiple markets.
3. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing cross-cultural teams.
4. Deep understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and the global retail landscape.
5. Ability to travel internationally and manage operations across different time zones and cultures.
6. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
7. Work Location in EIGER Head Office, Kab. Bandung
