Role Summary
As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of developing long-term, high-impact relationships with major telecom carrier clients in Indonesia. You will drive strategic growth by aligning customer needs with advanced technical solutions, managing the entire sales lifecycle—from opportunity generation to transaction and project execution.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with telecom clients in a highly dynamic market.

  • Develop customer strategies that provide insight into needs, preferences, and strategic partnership potential.

  • Foster trust and satisfaction through a structured, objective-driven engagement approach.

Business Development & Market Insights

  • Understand and anticipate market trends, competitor activity, and macroeconomic impacts.

  • Analyze customer pain points across business operations, network performance, and service delivery.

  • Create tailored solutions and proposals to support clients’ business transformation and network evolution goals.

Strategic Project Planning

  • Initiate and manage strategic business cooperation initiatives to drive mutual growth.

  • Support target networks, budgets, and strategic planning with proactive, well-executed action plans.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align project goals with operational capabilities.

Transaction & Operational Management

  • Lead all aspects of the project transaction cycle, including negotiation, commercial model design, and dispute resolution.

  • Improve customer transaction loyalty and digital engagement through scenario-based commercial strategies.

  • Oversee risk management for complex project environments while ensuring profitability and performance.


Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other ICT-related majors.

  • Minimum of 8 years’ hands-on sales experience in the ICT or telecom carrier industry.

  • Prior experience handling telco products from major providers (e.g., Huawei) is required.

  • Previous roles as Account Manager, Presales Product Manager, or Industry Sales Lead are highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth technical knowledge of 2G/3G/LTE, TCP/IP protocols, and network topology.

  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

  • Ability to work across internal and external teams with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Solid understanding of the local telco ecosystem, with recognized industry influence.
