PT GWS Era Medika (GWS Medika – gwsmedika.id, member of Sinar Mas) is a growing healthcare company dedicated to providing exceptional medical services. Our focus is on ensuring quality patient care and operational excellence. We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-first a full-time General Practitioner to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding healthcare services. 

Placement: Jakarta

Working Hours: 5-6 shifts per week. Shift 1 (07.30-15.30) and Shift 2 (14.30-22.30) *Shift Schedules are assigned by Clinic Manager
 

Requirements (for General Practitioner):

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Practitioner in hospital or clinic setting. (Doctor who just finished their internship are welcome to apply)
• Have an active STR in Jakarta.
• Strong in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Requirements (for Clinic Manager):

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities (for General Practitioner):

• Conduct physical examinations, analyze symptoms, and provide medical care, including treatment recommendations, prescriptions, and medical consultations.
• Offer preventive healthcare by educating patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and healthy lifestyle choices, including health counseling on nutrition and physical activity.
• Empower patients through education on their medical conditions, how to manage illnesses, and how to identify warning signs, ensuring they play an active role in their healthcare.
• Maintain accurate medical records in the electronic medical record (EMR), recording patient information, examination results, diagnoses, and treatment plans to support effective patient care.

Additional Key Responsibilities (for Clinic Manager):

• Manage clinic operations, ensuring compliance, optimizing workflow, and addressing challenges.
• Oversee clinic facilities, medical inventory, and equipment, fostering teamwork among staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency through process enhancements and technology.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and lead expansion efforts for continuous improvement.
