About the role

As the General Manager at NBRI / Yayasan Pusat Unggulan Inovasi Baterai Dan Energi Terbarukan, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the organisation. This full-time position is based in South Tangerang Banten and will be a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and success.

What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior management or general manager role, preferably within the CEO & General Management industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on employee development and performance
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective business solutions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment and best practices within the General/Business Unit Manager industry
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to oversee budgets, control costs, and drive profitability
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company’s values
