• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations and drive company growth.
• Set and achieve operational goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and vision.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Streamline and enhance manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure that production targets are met and maintain high levels of product quality.
• Resource Management:
• Oversee human resources, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, machinery, and materials.
• Supply Chain and Inventory:
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure a steady flow of materials for production.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient inventory management strategies.
• Quality Control:
• Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures to maintain product excellence.
• Continuously identify opportunities for quality improvement.
• Health and Safety:
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety among employees.
• Cost Management:
• Develop and manage the operational budget to control costs and drive profitability.
• Identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.
• Team Leadership:
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the textile or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
• Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
