This “Mini GBK” will feature top-tier facilities, including football, parkour, tennis, padel, basketball, go-karting, swimming, martial arts, and gymnastics. To spearhead this exciting development, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to join us as:

GENERAL MANAGER – SPORTS & RECREATION PARK

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Sports, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing sports facilities, hospitality operations, or large-scale event management.
• Proven track record in business development, investor relations, and sponsorship acquisition.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management capabilities.
• Extensive networking and strong negotiation skills within the sports and entertainment industry.
• Financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, revenue generation, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for sports and a deep understanding of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to enhance the complex’s appeal and profitability.
• Identify and secure investors, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships to support business growth.
• Plan and oversee national and international sporting events, ensuring seamless execution and optimal visitor experience.
• Manage overall facility operations, ensuring high service standards and efficient management.
• Lead marketing and promotional initiatives to drive awareness and engagement.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including sports organizations, government bodies, and corporate partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Cultivate a vibrant, customer-centric environment that enhances user experience.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, promoting professional growth and excellence.

Working Location: South Jakarta, Sawangan Depok.
