Telah rilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi GENERAL MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER SERVICE, MANTENANCE AND INSTALLATION di tempat usaha PT TIGA BERLIAN ELECTRIC untuk domisili Jakarta Utara serta sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang perusaahan inginkan adalah Teknik & Teknik Elektro serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, manage, and inspire the service, maintenance, and installation team to deliver the highest level of quality and efficiency.
· Oversee air conditioning service and maintenance operations, emphasizing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and the timely resolution of issues.
· Manage and optimize air conditioning installations, adeptly addressing unexpected technical challenges.
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Collaborate with other departments to provide insights into common customer issues and identify areas for product or service improvement.
· Stay informed about industry advancements and product innovations to keep our team at the forefront.
· Uphold safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
· Implement technology and tools to streamline service, maintenance, and installation processes.
