General Manager Operations (“GMO”)

Requirements: 

• Age maximum 45  years old.
• Able to communicate in English both written and verbal.
• Bachelor of Engineering (more preferable Civil Engineering) with at least 5 years working experience in Project Development and/or Real Estate Industry, and at least 3 years of experience as Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Project Management.
• Experience in handling residential and high-rise building projects.
• People person, good communication, negotiation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with construction scheduling software.

Job Detail: 

• Overseeing and organizes daily business operations related to projects development and operations.
• Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, accounting & financial data, and activity reports. 
• Coordinates with other support departments such as Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing and Project Development to ensure on-time projects construction and delivery, and profitable operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Creating, controling and managing budgets.
• Improving revenue.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Generating reports and giving presentations to Board of Directors
