Requirements: 

• Maximum 40 Years.
•  At least 5 years’ experience in a management position in Food and Beverage
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree
• Outstanding leadership abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight
•  Have experience in business management, planning, and financial supervision.
• Have good presentation and analysis skills

Responsibilities :

• Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
• Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
• Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
• Make sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment
• Ensuring that each department carries out the company’s strategy effectively and optimally
• Manage the company’s financial budget
• Decide and make policies for the progress of the company
• Establish company procedures and standard
• Make important decisions in terms of investment, integration, alliances and divestments
• Plan and execute the company’s medium and long term strategic plans for the company’s progress
• Establish company policies by determining company plans and goals both short and long term
•  Manage the company’s daily operations in accordance with the company’s vision and mission
• Plan, implement, coordinate, supervise and analyze all business activities of the company
• Planning, managing and overseeing the budgeting process in the company. Responsible inside and outside the company
• Improving and perfecting aspects of the arrangement so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently
• Become an intermediary in communicating ideas, ideas, and strategies between leaders and staff.
• Guiding subordinates and delegating tasks that can be carried out by subordinates clearly.
• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving the product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
