Skill yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
Selain itu untuk syarat yang kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, & Gelar Professional. Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team in Indonesia. The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and general affairs functions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, have experience in liaising with company secretaries, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
· Liaise with company secretaries to ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
· Responsible for the full hiring process of employees including job ad preparation and posting, screening and selection, arranging interview, verifying work history and references, developing job descriptions, preparing offer and onboarding for local market.
· Perform daily operations of HR functions including staff attendance management, payroll calculation and personal records maintenance for local market.
· Provide professional consultation on local employment market and best practice sharing to Regional Human Resources Department.
· Managing annual HR activities and exercises such as performance appraisal, promotion review, salary review.
· Handle translation task and administration management for local market.
· Support and handle any projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Department.
Requirements:
· Indonesian nationality.
· Experience in liaising with company secretaries and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources/business management.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
· Excellent interpersonal and management abilities.
· Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Management, Business Administration or business-related field.
· Excellent command of the English language (grammar, composition, spelling) and speech recognition of different nationalities.
· Must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
· Immediate available is an advantage.
