Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kita inginkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup lumayan tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

  • Directly report to Director
  • Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
  • Building and make growth brand value, profitability, and market share;
  • Make sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.
  • Responsible for implementing the business plan and management plans as well in order to secure both short and long-term revenue
  • Monitoring performance all team marketing and Sales
  • Setting targets for sales and monitoring sales activities Growing, managing, and developing a sales team.
  • Responsible for creating a positive and collaboration with in all divisions especially sales and marketing.
  • Conduct monthly sales reviews with the sales team
  • Participate and play an active role in special activities organised by Management.
  • Provide system direction in the form of SOPs, Job Descriptions, Monthly Reporting System, Operational Forms.
  • Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving the product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Provide input to the Director regarding matters relating to sources of income that support operations, as well as input on the importance of the effectiveness of the Company’s operational costs.
  • Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.Assess overall company performance.
  • Prepare annual work plans and budgets.
  • Make a plan for saving operational costs.
  • Build a company image by establishing good relationships with customers, government, society, community organizations and employees.
  • Contribute to the success of the Company by supporting the needs of the Team.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree management or related field with at least 10 years experience in FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods)
  • Good knowledge of automation and engineering product
  • Experienced in managing sales and project team
  • Fluent in English both oral and written, ability to conduct communication in Mandarin will be a plus
  • Understand business circumstances in Indonesia
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulation in Indonesia
  • Good leadership and developing others
  • Strong time management / strong ability to manage deadlines
  • Good problem-solving approach
  • Effective relationship management and communication skills
  • Able to give and receive feedback, effective communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills
