Description

• Business Growth: Planning and directing business growth.
• Net Profit After Tax: Directing and controlling the company’s achievements through manufacturing management and production targets aimed at achieving Net Profit After Tax.
• Manufacturing Planning: Directing and controlling proposed Manufacturing Plans based on each department’s input to generate the Plant’s Plan.
• Budget Manufacturing: Directing and controlling proposed Manufacturing Budget data, both OPEX and CAPEX, from each department for budget preparation.
• Forecast Manufacturing: Directing and controlling the realization of programs, both monthly and periodically in the current and previous years, to be used as a basis for accurate forecasting in each department.
• Standardization & SOP Manufacturing: Directing and controlling the planning process and updating standardization & SOPs from each department based on the standards.
• Target Manufacturing: Directing and controlling the targets of each department in the manufacturing division in accordance with the established business planning to achieve company targets.
• Learning & Growth Manufacturing: Directing and controlling the performance of each employee in each department, along with their respective potentials, to create arrangements and proposed data on talent and employee development.
• HSE Manufacturing: Directing and controlling HSE activities of each department in the Manufacturing Division in accordance with applicable HSE standards to minimize risks in the manufacturing division.
• Manufacturing Report: Directing and controlling the process of creating the Manufacturing Division Report based on the monthly or periodic achievements of each department.

Profile

• Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 3 years as the Head of Production Department in the manufacturing industry
• Technical competencies: Computer Literacy, English proficiency
• Soft competencies: Attention to detail, initiative, persistence, good communication skills, proactive, effective teamwork, innovative and strong analytical thinking, CAPEX OPEX Management.
