THE POSITION

What you will do

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Finance Planning and Analysis Senior Manager. Take a look at points below to understand more about this ******** Description :

• Conduct in-depth research to support business strategies and identify trends across key business drivers such as credit, asset trends, cost-structure, pricing, unit economics, product management and operational functions
• Work with clients and participate in the execution of M&A transactions
• Assist in the process of, as well as conduct, due diligence and assess seller’s and target’s business plans, growth prospects, and financial performance;
• Analyzing financial statements to determine how a proposed acquisition will affect the company’s solvency
• Analyze industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities.
• Perform valuation analysis using diverse approaches (e.g. income approach, market approach, asset approach); and
• Perform financial analysis and research to identify opportunities and issues of strategic importance to the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/banking/economics 
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and tight schedules, cope with several tasks simultaneously, and be deadline-oriented
• Structured thought process, self-initiative, and strong analytical abilities
