Adapun syarat yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 6.000.000 - Rp 7.000.000.

General Engineering Position

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Create innovative chemical coating material that our company can offer to our customers with their various production process
Ensuring the chemical coating material products that we offer to our customers can help customers win the market by offering newest trend
Ensuring the innovation that we offer to our customers has the best quality and stability in customers’ production process
Solving technical problems and giving best solutions for chemical and process problems both in our own production process or in customers
Take any necessary actions to ensure the company gives added value and the right innovation to customers through our products
Provide insight about market trend and market situation to ensure our product can reach the best customers and giving the most useful innovation
Leading and coordinating with different teams from different divisions in our company to give the best service to our customers in all aspect

Characteristic that We’re Looking For:

People who graduates from 2020 – 2023
GPA Minimum 3.20 in scale of 4.00
Graduate from Diploma III or Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, and Chemistry and Material Science
Good Command in English
Have interest with Business Process and Industrial Process
Creative and Innovative person
Energetic and Dynamic Person
High ability in analytical thinking and strategic thinking
Initiative to learn and have high curiosity
High interest to tackle challenge, problem solving, and giving solution in unconventional way
Adaptable and can interact with people with various background
Resilient individual and has courage to face unpredictable situation
