- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the General Affairs team, including General Affairs Staff, IT Support, Office Boys, and Technicians.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and expectations, and provide feedback on performance.
- Oversee the administrative functions of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate office services such as cleaning, security, maintenance, and repairs.
- Supervise IT Support personnel in providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including managing office space, furniture, and utilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related services such as janitorial services, landscaping, and security.
- Address any facility-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing and managing the annual budget for general affairs and office operations.
- Monitor expenses and ensure that spending stays within budgetary constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to optimize resource allocation.
