JOB DESCRIPTION:

The GAP Manager’s duty is to manage the day-to-day operations which involve working with legal professionals and staffs from various departments to ensure the adherence of all business activities with the Standard Operational Procedure and Practices, Policies, and Procedures (P3). This role will also require the supervision of overall administrative, repair and maintenance activities for the office building and work facilities. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•    Administer People department’s practices, policies, and procedures of the firm to be implemented.

•    Manage the members administration, including recruitment, onboarding, members’ attendance, performance evaluation, and offboarding/exit processes, which include: 

i.   Coordinate with the users to understand any additional People needs, develop job descriptions,   and conduct effective recruitment campaigns.
ii.  Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and participate in the selection process to identify top candidates.
iii.  Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth transition for news.
iv.  Manage employee records, including leave management, attendance tracking, and personnel files.
v.  Assist in performance evaluation processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.

•    Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues.

•    Support initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, training and development programs, and People department’s policy enhancements.

  • Manage the General Affairs for the company, which include procurements, repair and maintenance for the office building and work facilities as necessary.
     

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources Management or a related field from reputable university. 

2. A minimum of 5 (five) years of working experience in the relevant position in a professional service firm, preferably in the legal industry is preferred

3. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the understanding of professional services principles.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with people and various stakeholders.

5. Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a very fast-paced environment

6. Passion towards growth and improvement

7. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
